Equiniti ICS improves the health of Belfast Health Trust's documents

The Belfast Health Trust has awarded Equiniti ICS the contract to provide a File Records Management System (FRMS). Based on Tower Software's TRIM Context, the EDRMS application will manage the location of records and files as well as their life-cycle from document creation through to archive and disposal. The solution will provide:

• + full audit trail and security
• + full compliance with legislation including the Freedom of Information Act
• + comprehensive reporting to identify trends and support decision making
• + improved service levels and reduced cost of administration

The Belfast Health Trust provides a full range of quality community based Health and Social Care Services to approximately 145,000 people.
