Integrated EDRM solution from Equiniti ICS drives major efficiency gains for the European Foundation

The European Foundation has chosen Equiniti ICS to provide a comprehensive EDRM solution. They are confident that it will be an effective tool and will deliver greater efficiencies for smarter working, as well as being a solution that will meet their needs well into the future. The solution that will be rolled out to 100 users initially is based on the HP TRIM solution will be deployed as a Client Server or Browser solution and will operate on MS SQL Server 2000. The solution will provide a number of benefits including:

• + version control

The solution will be provided with reporting, workflow and scanning functionality and offers the European Foundation flexibility in the design, allowing easy integration to other TRIM Context modules in the future and for integration with other line of business applications across the Foundation.
